A Series of Unfortunate Events: The End

The Challenge

The End was near. The final installment of A Series of Unfortunate Events was to be published. We knew the publicity of the last book in the long-running series would give us an opportunity to reach readers who hadn't yet discovered Lemony Snicket.

The Solution

Along with a massive author tour, we created materials for promotions in bookstores and libraries across the country. Working with a designer and Lemony Snicket, himself, I created a booklet that would bring all readers into the world of the Baudelaire orphans using the narrative tone, puzzles and games that made the books so popular.

Role: creative strategy, copywriting
